Workout- week of 9/10

SUBJECT TO CHANGE 
 Monday: 20-25 minutes easy, 5-7 strides, stretch, home.

 Tuesday: @Framingham/Weymouth - BUS DEPARTS 3:00

Wednesday: 45 minute recovery run

 Thursday: hill work at Brook Street

Friday: 15 minute run - Med ball throw and chase - 20 minute run Saturday: 45-70 easy to moderate run possibly at Elm Bank - TBA
